Green Beach, in the sandy stretch to the south of the Pinetina Sud bathing establishment, offers bathing facilities for people with disabilities for the duration of the bathing season.
Green Beach can be accessed and used for free and is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm throughout the bathing season exclusively for disabled people and their companions, who may access the facilities strictly in the role of companions.
Therefore, access by persons other than those listed above is not permitted in the entire Green Beach area of Castiglione della Pescaia, nor is the installation of beach umbrellas in the spaces not occupied by the bathing platforms for persons with disabilities.
People may occupy the beach umbrellas exclusively for the time they spend on the beach and the loungers must not be left occupied by personal effects when the people leave the beach. The facilities on the beach can be used freely and without charge, taking care not to damage them.
The JoB wheelchairs provided on the beach can be used free of charge by users of the area, taking care not to damage them and to return them to their designated space after use.
All equipment must be left in the area after use.
Beach users may not leave their personal belongings in the storage container for this equipment and therefore, the Municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia cannot be held liable in any way for the loss of personal belongings inappropriately left there by users.
